Easiest and most efficient public transport system to use as a random tourist	Dresden, Germany - the major lines of there tram system run all night! Switzerland, is okay too..
No. of times lost on the public transport system	1 - Budapest, we were so lost we didn't even know if we were in BUDA or PEST
Clearest water I have ever seen in my life..	Dalmatian Coast - Croatia
